My fresh water tank is located under the dinette seat. The lights all work the slid out moves in and out the furnace turns on so i know the electrical is working but nothing on the monitor. All you had to do is push a button and it would tell you how full empty each one is. The sensors are external and will not affect your readings by sewage buildup. Sometimes you will get a false reading due to contamination in the tank arching across the probes but that is usually just one or two tanks and almost never the fresh water tank. The tank is opaque and does not reveal the water level. After rv s are a few years old the black tank level gauge often stops working or is stuck on a certain level.

This is probably not a fuse issue since the lights are actually working sounds more like a monitor panel issue since all four indicators are showing full.

I can remove the cushion and wood platform to access the tank but there is no opening in the top. It the level has not moved. There is a panel on the dash that shows all the water tanks the l p. Waste will accumulate on the black tank rv level sensor and it will show the same reading all the time.

The monitor panel provides the hot when you depress any of the test buttons and if they are grounded the corresponding indictor lights illuminate if not grounded no lights.
